Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new limits will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when I reach my limits?
You'll receive notifications when you're approaching your limits. If you exceed them, guests won't be able to upload until you upgrade or the next billing cycle begins.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Can I pay monthly instead of yearly?
